- I decided to go to the garden to cut the grass. I finished after 4 hours.
- I fell asleep from fatigue, not from hunger.
- This morning was great again. A lot of energy.
- I wanted coffee, but I did not want much sweet.
- Now there is lunch and I do not want to eat anything. But it is necessary, because after two hours my window of eating closes and I will again torture.
- I’m not sure, but the mirror shows that the body is a little thinner.
- I’m full of motivation to continue.
