Fifth day of Intermittent Fasting 18:6. I am lost 2,4 kg. Today I decided to add gym exercises. Four times a week.

  1. Yesterday after 4:00 p.m i was so hungry…
  2. I decided to go to the garden to cut the grass. I finished after 4 hours.
  3. I fell asleep from fatigue, not from hunger.
  4. This morning was great again. A lot of energy.
  5. I wanted coffee, but I did not want much sweet.
  6. Now there is lunch and I do not want to eat anything. But it is necessary, because after two hours my window of eating closes and I will again torture.
  7. I’m not sure, but the mirror shows that the body is a little thinner.
  8. I’m full of motivation to continue.
