One week OF INTERMITTENT FASTING 18:6. I’M LOST 2,8 KG.

I have to say that I am a little disappointed because I hope to achieve a 3 kg lost. In one week i lost 2.8 kilograms. But still i’m happy enough.

My notes after one week intermittent fasting 18:6.

  1. After one IF week I still feel very hungry after 3 p.m. But one day i try to eat a carrot and you know what? After that my stomach did not understand…, and then I felt bitterness.
  2.  After one IF week I began to feel satiety more quickly. Naturally I eat less food. Less coffee and sweet.
  3. My face is more bright and I feel more beautiful.
  4. I am still motivated continue my intermittent fasting. With that enthusiasm I bought shorts yesterday. I will carry them when I weigh 60kg. So far, there are 84kg .

You know, life is crazy!!!!
